Cousin #3's son had an appendectomy on Friday. Very small incision and he's doing well. She is going to stay home with him for 2 weeks; so she won't be coming over. Also, the cabinet pieces will have to continue to reside on my couch.
Cousin #2 won't be coming over until Tuesday. She will be able to pick up groceries and my prescription and make sandwiches but she will miss the trash pickup.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Turkey/Provolone sandwich, BBQ chips, ice cream bar
Dessert/Snack - Lemon blueberry muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, string cheese
What did you eat yesterday?

@LindaOHio Two weeks is fine if it was laparoscopic surgery.

@LindaOHio It wasn't nearly as good as the place we normally go. But it did the trick. Their tortilla chips were a bit stale, though, which was a bit of a disappointment.

We had pizza at lunch, hot dogs for supper with microwaved sweet potato, and frozen strawberries.

@GardenGerty Cousin #2 won't stay and do anything extra. I need to wait for cousin #3 to be available again.

That all sounds good. I could go for a hot dog. I have some in the freezer.

I went over to “the other Chuy’s” yesterday and they gave me “half a salad” so big that it was lunch and dinner. I froze some watermelon, and that turned out more like a slushie than “fake sorbet.” Yogurt and fiber, too!

@LindaOHio -- I like to have one once a week, mainly to keep Chuy's on their toes.

I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast, made steamed broccoli and added it to rotini pasta and cheese for lunch and a small slice (all that was left) of the Mexican lasagna for dinner last night.

@LindaOHio I don't eat it raw anymore because it can cause indigestion but I love it steamed or in soups.

Your meals sound good. I just had my breakfast an hour ago. It was dal stuffed Parathas with parval ( belongs to gourd family) curry.
Sorry, they had to cancel their visits because of their obligations. You will have to wait for things to get done

@LindaOHio That's good. Having a to do list will be helpful to have the clarity when they visit

I hope cousin 3's son is OK. My mother had an appendectomy when she was 11. It's funny how it gets inflamed in some people and not others. I had tacos.

I'm just so lonely this weekend. When cousin #2 comes on Tuesday, I will have a lap dog to comfort me!!!

Yes. I need to start seriously looking for a replacement for cousin #2 if she is, in fact, going to move to Florida. I personally think she will find the rents too high there.
