So, I was at an ice cream place awhile down the road. It was to the South, hot and crowded. I went inside and just fell flat on the floor. That was embarrassing. I felt fine as soon as two people helped me up, but they made me sit down for a few minutes, and brought me some water, because I knew I was slightly dehydrated, but now, what caused this? I think I over took my BP medicine this AM. I am quite sure of it, I screwed up going down there, and it took a long time and I was thirsty. I had drinks in the car, but they were all hot. They said online that muscle tears or weakness or knee instability could cause it as well,,,possible other scary things, but I don't have other symptoms really most of the time. I will go to the doc, and probably need a cardio for a check up, but I wasn't feeling lightheaded or bad when I fell..just legs felt weak. So, I think it was a combination of things, but friend is bringing a knee brace for me tomorrow. just in case. Also, hot humid weather does not agree with me at all, but I was hardly out in it.
