Downer day all the way around except for one good thing

I did not hear back from my primary care doctor today. Tuesday is her day off, so I do not expect to hear anything until Wednesday.
Being more transparent here, the elevated enzyme indicates something is wrong with my pancreas. Probably pancreatitis, possibly pancreatic cancer, but less likely. I have been doing my research in between tasks on the new hire paperwork for Bob. I really am not having symptoms except a little indigestion, however the enzyme is at 3 times the upper limit.
New hire paperwork, online, is a bummer. It would be much better to send out hard copies and have Bob mail them back. How does a technology challenged person get hired in this day and age. I am really pretty good with these things but their site periodically refuses to do things it should--the recruiter said so. I have done everything but stand on my head and one set of documents just will not work.
With the fact that I am facing a health challenge and under the weather, Bob and I talked and I told the recruiter "no thank you" and please delete Bob's files from their website.
Now for the one good thing, which is going to mean a lot of work. We picked up twenty-five pounds of Georgia peaches for $30, and that includes tax. They are big peaches and I will eat some, and process and dry some.
Don't worry about the health thing unless I tell you too. Home care involves staying hydrated, and eating a low fat diet, and resting. I can do those things. I am not having any of the big symptoms like abdominal pain, fever, bloating, nausea, or vomiting. Also the looking around online indicates that the elevated enzyme that is indicating this problem could have been caused by the two different statins, and possibly the new diabetic med I took. Joy, joy.
Everything is going to be peachy here starting tomorrow.

You know that we will all worry until you tell us you're OK. Sending a prayer. Great price on the peaches. So many things you could make from them.

I hope it turns out your tests were false positives... Good luck with that!
OMG! That's a good price for peaches! They are my favorite fruit!

There was a Mylotter recently who had those high numbers for her pancreas, and she was thinking cancer. It turned out not to be. So I’m going to do what you said, and not worry until you tell me to. Okay, that’s not quite true. But I’ll at least TRY not to worry. In the meantime, you know I’m going to pray.

Dear Heather, let see what the doctor say. Lets not stress yourself and to get into unnecessary worry even through we will still do. I will include you into the prayers too.

Although I will not worry unless you say so, I will keep your health in my prayers.
I can relate to the new hire paperwork.
I had to jump through alot of hoops when I was hired for the bank.
My husband was able to scan and send things for me, I did not catch on at all, it was so frustrating.

I wish you the best. That is a worry for sure. I agree about online paper work. I have had some headaches with technology when it comes to signing for a house and such. Yum on those peaches. I am going to pick up 25 pounds of WA grown apricots on Wednesday- I get a better price for buying more.
