This is a slice of comfort and spice!
This delicious carrot cake is layered with moist, spiced carrot cake and rich cream cheese frosting, topped with a cute little carrot made of icing. It's the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, a classic treat that never goes out of style. It is perfect with a cup of coffee or just as plain dessert, this slice is pure joy on a plate and my tummy.
I think this is a classic.

@Ineeddentures I had an amazing carrot cake one time at a friend's birthday party. It was the best cake I ever had, other than an ice cream cake. The people who made it said they grated 4 cups of carrots for it.

We have thsi dish called "Gajar ka halwa". Its basically a sweet dish made with carrots!
As of cakes, I don't have any preference....I like everything

I like carrot cake but really dislike cream cheese so I always ask for real icing on mine, instead of cream cheese icing.

@rakski I'm sorry... Mom used to bake carrot cakes but would use real icing instead of cream cheese icing on my part of it. Otherwise, I'd just eat the cake and leave the cream cheese frosting.

I think I like to eat oreos for today. I tasted that doesn't look like that. It looks like banana bread and had carrot bits inside of the cake but it was a little bit sweet and tasty also.

My favourite cake would be a big fresh cream with raspberry jam Mary Berry cake that Yvonne bakes

I’m not a fan of carrot cake as I find the cream cheese frosting too heavy. I prefer coffee cake with only a sliver of butter icing.

@rakski yup.. they are yummy.. I am not very fond of cakes but I also like some of them..
I also like the birthday cakes with lots of white icing.. that's what I miss the most.

Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting is hard to beat! Definitely a classic.
My favorite? Probably a rich, fudgy chocolate cake .

I love carrot cake! The artisans or the signature ones, they're quite pricey but worth every delicious slice!
