What's for breakfast on this slightly chilly Tuesday morning?

We have had a cool Spring, and the trend is continuing into the early Summer. As of 8 AM, the temperature is still in the 50s F, though we will reach the 70s today. I decided to "fancy up" my egg and bacon a bit this morning. I put some chopped up Portabello mushroom and some sharp cheddar cheese atop the egg, just to make things a bit more interesting. It was good. How is the weather where you live? And most importantly, what did you have for breakfast? Photo is from Crater Lake a few Summers ago.

We started the day at 71F and will reach 84F by late this afternoon. I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast this morning around 8 am. I hope you have a good day, pony.

@TheHorse I buy a box of 24 croissant sandwiches by Jimmy Dean from Walmart. Pretty brought a box of them home yesterday. I'd share if you come over today.

After two days of evening thunderstorms the temperature is cool and nice today. We had waffles with maple syrup and Greek yogurt for breakfast.

Kitchen is closed for now as it is time to sleep now. During daytime it was quite humid because the rain and sun decided to with us. But it has been raining lightly straight since 7pm til now

I just moved from a coastal town more inland and it's now going into the 70's but still cold at night. I love the cooler weather but got tired of marine layer and rusting out wheels. I am camping at Grayland State Park and we decided to do it easier than we did last week at Schafer. Cooking and cleaning isn't fun while on vacation. Cereal and fruit for the kids. Coffee and MET-Rx bars for us

@TheHorse Not much hiking but I am getting in walks. We stayed on our property three nights and each morning I walked down and back. It's on a hill and doesn't seem as much until walking back up. Saw several deer and a mama with two babies.

We never had breakfast this morning at all I was up and away out before breakfast time I knew about it by noon though as I was quite hungry

It's cool that you went to Crater Lake. It's been in the 80s here with no rain. We need rain badly. The weeds don't seem to mind though. I had a protein bar for breakfast.
