I checked and it's been 2 years since I did a Songs in my Head. During that time there have been hundreds of songs swirling around in my brain.
"All That She Wants" is a song by Ace of Base. Ace of Base is a Swedish pop group that was popular in the 1990s. The group consists of siblings Jonas, Linn and Jenny Berggren and Ulf Ekberg. They have sold 30 million copies of their first four studio albums and are the most successful Swedish group behind ABBA and Roxette.
"All That She Wants" was released in 1992 as a single from the Happy Nation album..The song was written by Jonas "Joker" Berggren and Ulf "Buddha" Ekberg. It's a reggae-pop song about a promiscuous woman. It may even be a warning to her prospective suitors. "Baby" in the song refers to "boyfriend". The song was certified platinum in the US and charted at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was one of the best-selling singles of the year. The key was changed from a major key to a minor key to portray a greater level of sadness.
Jenny said that the song was about "a woman who is always leaving and that is because the woman is not whole in herself". Jonas said that the song "is about a girl I knew a long time ago; but I didn't (realize that) when I did the lyrics".
Critics found "the beat to be relentless", "unique sound" and "supremely catchy".

I don't know that song, will have to listen sometime. I only know like one song from them. No songs in my head at the moment, thankfully

I haven't heard of that group but I am sure they're good being #2 on Billboard's Hot 100. I like ABBA's Fernando in the old days, in fact all of their songs were good. However, I am now on BTS and their songs, and their song that stuck with me is Spring Day which is still charting in the Korean music chart for almost 2 decades.

Actually, this one has been in my head quite a bit as well. I have been on a music kick lately. Right now, the one stuck in my head the most is Runaway, by Del Shannon. I love to sing along with it.

They made it to #1 here in the UK with that song. The only other hit I remember from this group is “The Sign”.
It is a catchy song, but I don’t think it would make my playlist on any given day. From Schweden, I go for ABBA every time.
Can’t say I’ve got a song swirling round in my head right now. Maybe “Feeling Hot Hot Hot” because I am. Phew!

I have heard of Ace of Base….but couldn’t name one of their songs ….sorry .
We had the Black Sabbath concert in Birmingham last weekend so all week I have been hearing their songs ….
It was their final concert …lead singer Ozzy Osbourne is not well and unable to perform now ….the band came from Birmingham so it was fitting that it was there that they held their last ever gig.
