@TheHorse Mom always soaked them overnight in salty water before putting them in the oven to bake the water back out of them. They were delicious!
I hope you and the kids enjoyed them.

@TheHorse I have a couple tall cornstalks and one shorty. I planted more, but I think somebunny nibbled them.

@BarBaraPrz Bunnies were my nemesis when I lived in Orinda. They were cute, but they ate everything I tried to grow.

How pretty. Yes, we should stop and smell the coffee or the roses. I remember standing in the driveway eating sunflower seeds when I was young. The sunflowers had dish sized "faces".
