I hope those of you here in the north are enjoying the perfect weather. It's only going to last a couple of days.
Received the Page Design for my book. Things are moving along nicely. It should be ready for printing shortly.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatball sub, mushrooms, spinach, fruit cocktail
Dessert/Snack - Apple cinnamon muffin
Dinner - Chicken/Muenster sandwich, tortilla chips, ice cream bar
What did you eat yesterday? Do you have any plans for the weekend?

The weather in the Midwest is also nice right now. The heat dome moved out of my area and we've got about 10 days of cooler temps before the heat moves back in again.
I don't remember what I ate for breakfast yesterday. I know I DID eat because my meds didn't make me sick... I made a pork roast with potatoes, onions, garlic and spices for late lunch. I was still full so didn't eat supper last night but I did eat a peach around 1 am this morning.

My SIL in Arizona says that she is melting. I've been there. There's nothing there to attract me.

People in Arizona always say "It's a dry heat!" as if that makes any difference. Hot is always hot!
I've driven through Arizona several times and wouldn't be interested in living there. It's all desert and I get tired of brown and tan really fast!

that's good to hear about the weather and your book. Sounds like interesting meals. I had hamburger helper for 1 meal and then 1 slice of pizza for dinner.

Our best meal yesterday was seared salmon, with a rice and broccoli slaw stir fry. Half a sweet potato, and frozen cherry blend. Weather is good here. I do not know how long it will last. For a few days at any rate. We picked up the cat at the vet this morning. That was our big adventure for the day.

I stopped at a hole in the wall in Arkansas for some GREAT BBQ chicken for lunch. I made up for the goodness with a Subway turkey sub for dinner. Two apples, two fiber bars, and some applesauce!
