Are you a South Park fan? Is it still good?

I think I started watching South Park when it first came out. When was that? In the late 1990s? Anyway, it was my favorite "adult cartoon." I liked it even more than the Simpsons. I am glad to see it is still out there, but I admit to not having watched it that much in recent years. To those who have, is it still as timely and funny as it was "back in the day"? I just stumbled on this clip, and it had me laughing out loud, as South Park always used to. Who can forget lines like "Oh my God! They killed Kenny!" and "Sparky! Don't be gay!" Or Starvin' Marvin. Or the lady with the conjoined fetus growing out of her head. Or Paris Hilton's dog committing suicide? Anyway, do the"terminally hip"still watch South Park? Is it as good as it was when it first came out? Here's the clip I just stumbled on.

@NJChicaa I have seen parts of the video with Donald in bed with Satan. I think others (Sadam?) have spent time in bed with Satan on South Park as well.

@TheHorse I can't find anything online that doesn't have people making commentary as they watch it. It is really funny though. The writers had literally *just* signed a $1.5 billion deal with Paramount and then like the next day released the episode skewering them for bowing to Trump. It shows Trump upset about a portrait of him and eventually getting into bed with Satan. I watched it on Comedy Central.

@LadyDuck Yes, some humor is hard to understand for people from other cultures.

Oh oh. Let us know what you think. Some humor is culture-specific.

I saw on YouTube where South Park was making fun of Trump again. This was several weeks ago. It was good to just here that they were, I didn't even have to go watch it. I've never seen the series before but hear a lot about it.

Our son loved it. I couldn't cope with it. I must ask him one day if he still watches it - or even if it's still running.

I think it is still running. I worry that it goes "over some peoples' heads." But that does not stop me from enjoying it.

@TheHorse It probably goes over my head. I can't remember much about it at all, about from not really 'getting it'.

I don't care for the adult cartoon shows, especially Bevis and Butthead.

I thought Beavis and Butthead was pretty funny. But they could only take it so far.

It's better now than it used to be. They just made a pile of money for selling episodes/the series to Paramount, its a Paramount Show now, no logner HBO or whoever had it before. They postponed the second new epsidoe of theis season, because of the controversy

Isn't comedy supposed to be a bit edgy?
