I'm not sure what this is

We're home! Got home just in time to watch rain clouds come in. Blessed life giving rain. We managed to find a lovely junk shop. It was at the end of all the touristy shops- eat my ice cream! Come buy my mass produced souvenir! I spotted this old timers tool in the middle of cute stuff. It just called to me. I also spotted an abalone covered small pocket knife. Hubby liked that for his prize. The car just chugged along without an issue. Hubby kept telling me to stop and get gas. Our car is not a gas guzzler. Finally about twenty miles from the house the gage went toward a quarter tank so I stopped and filled it up. I had some trouble cause the Lube guys really tightened the gas cap.

I'm glad you're both home safely and there was no trouble with your car. I hope you enjoyed the trip. (I see that could be used to work on nuts and bolts but have never seen one like it before.)

@DaddyEvil Hello! Thanks. I think you are right about the little tool. I am guessing it is an antique. We had a good time.

Welcome back, I hope you enjoyed your time. I think that this tool is an old alligator wrench.

@sallypup One side seems to be a wrench to turn bolts.

Thanks @LadyDuck The weird thing is that the inside of the wrench is smooth with no grippers.

It sounds like a fun adventure. I too, thought it was perhaps a wrench, but have never seen one quite like it. That knife sounds great. I love abalone shell.
