I have cycled all of my life. But over the past couple of years, I've gotten lazy about cycling. However, I have gotten more into swimming. I just realized that my "spare tires" are down a bit. I work early at Guitar Center today. Which means I am done early. I will probably wind up swimming this afternoon. Do you have a favorite exercise? Beer lifts do not count.

@TheHorse Ha ha. No, zero as in no exercise. Too many medical and just plain lazy excuses.

I used to have a mountain bike. I got it as a going away gift when I retired. It was a Trek. A good bike. I rode it all over. Mostly on the greenbelt. That was my exercise. Now I do some stretches and that is about it.

" Water walking" is a very good exercise and does not require swimming skills. I am glad you get in the water with the kids.

Walking is my favorite. It’s a necessity and you can do it just about anywhere. (The heat in the desert southwest notwithstanding.)

I used to cycle all the time but my sense of balance is gone so Pretty gave my bike away. After I wrecked in the yard a couple of years ago, she was worried I'd break a bone if I wrecked again.
Just walking without pain is exercise enough now.
I hope you have fun at Guitar Center.

Cycling and brisk walking/ jogging is what I do more frequently and I love them. I love yoga too as it makes me feel calm.

Probably walking, which is also a mode of transportation for me. Swimming, too, but then I have to wash all the chlorine off.

Zero exercise here. Does lifting the remote count? I wish I could walk for exercise. There's a lot of things I'd like to see and do.
