Happy Sunday Evening Everyone! it's been a quiet day here today with no complaints. As does every weekend, it flew by.
For fun we made meatballs and sauce which we're having for dinner. Haven't made meatballs in awhile so it's a nice change since we've been eating lighter meals lately.
But, what's better on a Sunday than meatballs and pasta??

@LindaOHio gristle and bone certainly doesn't sound very appealing and I'm surprised that meals on wheels would give out meals like that.

@Marilynda1225 It wasn't too bad. It was better than the Meals on Wheels version. Theirs has a lot of gristle and bone in the Salisbury steak.

Meatballs and pasta sound delicious! I'm glad you enjoyed your meal.
I had some of the leftover chicken, potatoes and onions for late lunch today. I won't eat again until tomorrow now.

@Marilynda1225 I always like leftovers so I don't have to cook again right away. 
I laid hamburger down this morning to thaw. Pretty says she wants lasagna... I'm not sure if I'm that ambitious but, if she helps, we might do that anyway.

Haven't made meatballs and a pot of sauce in awhile so it was so good after all our quick and easy meals lately. Plenty leftover for future meals

We had chicken and dumplings.
I'm nota huge fan of spaghetti or spaghetti sauce, or really red sauce in general.
