I think that is what happens when you do not stay hydrated.
I did not take a water cup to school for the time I was in training. I thought 2 1/2 hrs. would not matter. I would be sitting mostly.
No, it turned into four hours and I got in lots of steps.
Hubby made me a pbj to eat before we went shopping. And I had a glass of milk.
It is still hot outside here, but I am keeping up with the fluids here at home. I slept on the way to the store.
I did not buy a whole lot but I did get a good buy on some wild caught salmon.
I was asked if I could sub today, but had to turn them down. I do need to rest now and then. That is what I am doing now, resting.

That's a good analogy. I kinda felt that way when we were having our heat wave. Then we had a couple days of rain, and yesterday was downright chilly but today was a mostly normal summer day at 26°C/79°F.

@GardenGerty The sun played tag with the clouds but it was warm enough at 25°C/76°F.

I should always keep a water cup to work and leave it in my locker. The co op even gave us one last year. We have access to an ice machine and we have water fountains with filler spouts that filter the water. If I do not get water it is my own fault.

I have tried most of this summer to eat more salmon, tuna, and even a can of mackeral. I find if I am doing that and eating lots of fruits and veggies I feel better, my skin is clearer as well.

We got our car out of the shop and it has good a/c so that short nap was great. I am taking it kind of easy today, Saturday, just doing things that please my mind.

Sub in this case is short for substitute. I would work in place of someone who is ill or could not come to work. On Monday, I worked for someone who had a plumbing emergency, broken pipes and flooding. On Tuesday I worked for someone who had a child that needed a medical procedure. It is my old classroom and I am trained specially to work with those children. It is hard to find substitutes for that room.

Peanut Butter and Jelly, pbj. I am sorry I did not type it out. I just forgot to take my cup to fill. We do have access to ice and water, it is just more convenient to fill a cup.

I hope you feel better soon. And getting enough rest and fluids is important.
We hit 92F this afternoon. I only stepped out long enough to get the mail and to walk around the house checking the new storm windows.

I saw on a post that you cannot shut two of the windows. How do they look from the outside?

@GardenGerty Everything looks fine from the outside and I can't see an obvious problem on the inside, either.

I am glad you are putting more emphasis on taking care of yourself. We all need to rest sometimes. I struggle with that, but I am really trying to do better and I have been taking little naps whenever the opportunity arises. Take good care, Heather.

Naps have really helped me this past year. When sleep is short and often interrupted, they are just necessary for me!

For sure, not staying hydrated can make you feel wiped out and dizzy, especially when you’re moving around a lot. Glad you’re keeping up with fluids now...

I drink ice water. I also like unsweetened tea.Sweetened drinks do not seem to quench my thirst.

Yes, you do need to rest occasionally. Glad you said no.
Nice that you found a good price on the salmon. I am going to be buying a pack of 12 salmon filets in October or November. I buy them at a place online. Haven't had any for a while so I will have some for my birthday in November. A nice big baked potato and a salmon filet sure sounds good.
