My friend gave me an extremely rotten peach as you can see. Those big eyes tell it all.
We unloaded 50 bags of wood pellets this morning. Then we started peeling and chunking peaches. They are very juicy. Because of that it took almost an hour to get them cooked all the way down. So I only did the one batch. Tomorrow I will make peach butter. I can do that in the slow cookers. And while they cook down I can do some grape jelly.
I got my new bat lights up and the new ghosts. That was my fun thing for the day.
Hope you had a good day.

Yes, the eyes have it.
I have never heard of peach butter, but it sure sounds good.
Your bats and ghosts sound cute. I will be getting mine out soon.
Having a good day. Enjoy your peaches.

They really do. He watched me empty it and immediately crawled in.

@wolfgirl569 We have had that experience with the cats. They even sit on shelves

I wonder if someone would buy him if you took him to the auction?
He might enjoy the attention.

I took a break after that. But I mostly just move them to the tailgate and hubby carries. I don't carry until we are almost done.
You don't live with him

Aw, what a sweet little peach!
I know it’s rotten to the core, but how deceptively lovely!!!!

I did enjoy my day working at home sharing news stories as well as completing surveys under a cloudy day.

Oh, those rotten peaches...and that's a big one. It's good you got a few others to make your peach butter. Sounds delicious!

If they were rotten how did you use them? Do you mean they were over ripe.
