Good and bad

The good news, relatively speaking, is I got my Botox injections today for my migraines. They hurt, but not unbearably and they're certainly better than headaches every day.
Today is our son Robert's birthday...I'm cooking a nice dinner for him Thursday.
The bad news is that our daughter Tammy got hurt this weekend. She fell down the bedroom stairs, hurt her knee and arm, but not too badly. That was the good news. She then accidentally sliced her thumb and had to get six stitches.
Thank God she didn't sever a nerve. She's always been so accident prone. It's a family story that she's been in the ER of untold cities here and other countries.
So, the bad news could be much worse and we're very thankful to God that it wasn't.

That's probably what she needs! Her husband was a chef and has a set of extremely sharp kitchen knives. Tammy's not supposed to touch them, but of course she got impatient and used one.
