Great Lunch

They had sloppy joes, beef and noodles, cheesy potatoes and lots of sweets. Very tasty and filling. We had muskmelon this evening. Neither one of us was real hungry.
I have the last of the apples cooking now. The slow cooker didn't turn on one time so I had to start the second batch again. But they are almost done now.
I also picked a lot of my gourds. I will take them to the auction next Tuesday. I just wanted to get some of them ready. I might have more by then.

@wolfgirl569 I'd take that! Tired of the 90's! All of the kids are sick with going back to school. I have two back in urgent care tonight with fever and sore throats. Bet it is strep. Waiting to hear back!

Sloppy joes do sound good. We haven't had them in a long time.
We got a weird sized gourd in the food box last month. Weird shaped.

We had a really quiet day here. I woke up this afternoon around 2 pm and cooked chicken fries and steamed veggies. My tummy has been upset since shortly after I finished eating. I haven't been physically sick but it's just letting me know it isn't happy right now.
I did go in and do the dishes and wiped the counter and stovetop down but that's all I've done today.
