What kind of toothbrush do you use? Is it electric or manual? I use an electric toothbrush because I have read and been told by a dentist that is overall better than using a manual one. I forget the reasoning, but I will take that at face value. I also think it is more fun to use an electric brush rather than manual. What about you? Do you use electric or manual toothbrushes?

It always seems strange to me if I am on a vacation and have to use a manual one. I don't bother packing my electric one when I go away.

I use a manual because when I had an electric one that brush heads were just so expensive! Now, I did get an electric toothbrush from Vine that says it cost $100, but I haven’t used it. I don’t think any toothbrush is worth paying that much.

Pretty had a coupon for an expensive electric toothbrush but you're right, the heads for it are expensive. She loves it, though, so she still buys the heads anyway. As long as she likes it, it's worth it.

I have to agree that the initial cost of the initial toothbrush is costly and the replacement heads expensive too. Probably, though, less expensive in the long run compared to what a trip to the dentist costs these days. My daughter uses an electric toothbrush and loves it

Pretty and I both use electric toothbrushes. She has an expensive one and gets replaceable heads for it. I use one of the Crest electric toothbrushes. It feels good and cleans my teeth better than a manual toothbrush ever did.

Mine has replaceable heads. They aren't really that expensive to replace.

I have an electric brush but mostly use an ordinary one. The first time I used the electric one, I put the tooth-paste on it and started it up before putting it in my mouth! Tooth-paste when everywhere.

I was bought two electric toothbrushes a few years ago ….i actually hate the idea of them. My Dad had one and I think The Mister had the other. I use a manual toothbrush.

I use a SpinBrush. It is battery-powered and from the grocery store. It isn't a fancy electric one.

I use electric because the dental hygienist told me to. I also use a water pic because she told me to. Apparently it helped and it was less excruciating to visit her. So that was inspiring. A doctor friend told me that a child used their water pic to get something out of their eye!!!! It damaged their eye to the point that that it might permanently impact eyesight.

Just now
I tried two different electric ones but didn't care for them. They are supposed to clean your teeth much better.

I use a manual toothbrush. It gives me more control over my brushing.
