I'm clueless. I just make choices and hope nobody gets hurt.
I looked and looked again and checked out photos. I discussed the photos and the dates with daughter. Then I went on line and booked a Phoenix hotel for three days. We won't go to Phoenix for an entire year. I am super far ahead but you know? I looked at various hotels and they already had those dates full up. A year from now. Full up. The boxes checked out: ride to and from the airport, breakfast, pool, outside areas to sit at didn't look horrible. Rooms looked pretty normal. So I did it. And I can cancel if needed.
Today in maybe what? an hour a nurse person will show up at my door. First time I have had a nurse actually come do a wellness visit with me. The yearly gizmo. I will show her what she wants to see: no slippery floor rugs, grab bars times three in the downstairs bathroom. I even have a skirt on!!! Shocker there. That's so that she can look at my swollen legs. She is supposed to call ahead before she shows. No call yet I need to leash Rufus for sure. Moxe probably will walk around and smile at everybody so she isn't an issue.

I hope your wellness visit goes well. I have my wellness appointment next month. I hope Rufus behaved. Wow! You had to book a year in advance for rooms in Phoenix? You could stay with my SIL. lolololol

I hope everything with the nurse went well today.
Good luck with the vacation plans, too. I hate trying to plan things that far in advance. Something for us always goes wrong before we get that far along.

We still need to buy a new blood pressure monitor.
I'm pretty sure most Americans are at least chubby if not heavier.

Sounds like you made a smart choice with the hotel, especially since places are already filling up a year in advance. Better to have something locked in and know you can cancel if needed. Good luck with the wellness visit too. I’m sure the nurse will appreciate how prepared you are, skirt and all!
