A Different Noah's Ark

I love the animals they used in this one. We don't truly know what kind of animals were really on it. It was fun to put together. If we go play cards I will take this and a few others with me to drop off at a woman's house that likes doing puzzles. We talked about starting to trade them. The auction went well but was a long day. My stuff sold pretty good. I will share pictures tomorrow of my stuff. I wanted to share the puzzle this morning but that wasn't working. I did get some more apples today. Green beans are still very high. Waiting for a message from the lady for card night. She will let us know if anyone shows up. Saves us going and coming right back home. Hope you had a good day.

You can share pictures if myLot lets you... I haven't been able to upload photos since yesterday morning. I'm glad your stuff sold well... Now you can buy food for George, the elephant and the giraffe... They all said they're hungry today. Hope you enjoy your evening/night.

I will keep trying. They have hay to eat and that elephant is about to become dinner

@wolfgirl569 It's a good thing you didn't give him a name, then... Dad never let us name animals that he was planning to butcher.

@DaddyEvil I usually name them. If for no other reason than so I know who I am talking about. The chickens and ducks are the only thing that don't usually get a name. A

Prices on our fresh vegetables here are crazy high. Corn on the cob at farm stands and Farmer’s Markets was $8 a dozen this year. I didn’t buy any. I did a trade with a friend who has room to grow sweet corn, and got several dozen ears that way.

It was probably about the same here going by the auction prices. We don't eat a lot of corn so I didn't worry about trying to get any

@wolfgirl569 Just crazy high...last summer it was $4 for a ''baker's dozen'' of corn. Same seller. But I get it, she is having to pay more to get help for pickers, she grows acres of sweet corn.
