Hey, I just saw @LooeyVille ‘s hubby here in Chuy’s! They’re on the other side of the restaurant from me right now. If I finish this before they finish lunch I’ll go over and say hi; otherwise, they’ll wander over to my side of the seating. Here’s the next “slower dancing” song for @rebelann who wanted something to NOT rock her chairs this month. #8: Strange Magic - Electric Light Orchestra Jeff Lynne was the final member of the Traveling Wilburys to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, when his “other” band, Electric Light Orchestra, was very belatedly put in (2017). I don’t know why it took so long for ELO to be acknowledged, because they were MAJOR players in the mid to late-70s. This was one of ELO’s first big hits in America, and it’s still one of my favorites of theirs. Sadly, Lynne is one of two Wilburys surviving, given that Roy Orbison, George Harrison, and Top Petty have passed away. But Lynne is still out there (nearly 78) and rocking!
