This is save a tiger day. Maybe we should be worried about saving all wild animals. All wild animals are in danger as the ice in North pole melts. People are in danger to. It is 63F outside which is nice and cool. Now they are saying do not drink bottled water it has plastic pieces in it. Won't there be plastic in everything that you drink from a bottle. There is plastic in our bodies There are traces of plastic in our bloodstream, liver and kidneys. .This is my favorite picture of Blackie. Picture is mine taken by me.

That's a lovely picture of Backie. We have come to a stage where going totally plastic free seems impossible. We can only minimise it. We are waking up late to many health and environmental causes. We have done enough irreversible damages.

@jstory07 Very true! At least even now, we can act and arrest things from getting worse.

Blackie is such a pretty cat. We do need to reduce the amount of plastics that we use. Even by reducing we can make a change, it is better than not trying at all.

They have a day for everything now dont they. Having said that, and I have probably mentioned it before, but tigers are a favourite animal of mine. Hooray for the tigers …let’s look after them.

Though nature will take its course, we should not wantonly kill other fellow travelers. Yes, we ingest so many unhealthy particles when we eat and drink.

Yes. We are in danger, the Polar animals are in danger....all animals are in danger. I'm glad to hear that you know that plastic is found in our bodies....even in our brains. And don't get me started on our oceans and waterways. That's a cute picture.

My kids great grandfather had a cat named Blackie. He dearly loved that cat. Your Blackie is beautiful. Plastic is everywhere. I try to eliminate as much as I can of it, but it's very difficult. It seems so many foods come wrapped in plastic. And people need to just carry a large water bottle they can refill at home, all of these empty water bottles are ridiculous.

@jstory07 I consider that such a waste. There are refillable bottles literally everywhere for sale. A lot cheaper to buy one and put water in it.

They are finding the microplastics in our brains. My mom always said she preferred to drink from glass glasses, not plastic. She was pretty smart.
