Called cousin #3. She said things have calmed down. She will be coming over on Tuesday; and her husband will be coming over another day this week to stain the garage steps and to put new light bulbs in the side coach light. These will go on when it gets dark. That side of the house currently has no light. Weed guy will be coming this afternoon to spray the weeds. Cousin #2 will be coming today to do her usual and to pick up my prescriptions.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Turkey/Muenster sandwich, broccoli
Dessert/Snack = Blueberry muffin
Dinner - Stouffer's meatloaf and mashed potatoes dinner

You've got a few busy days there.
We're having left over beef roast for dinner. Bob Evans mashed potatoes, I just can't do homemade now.

@LindaOHio Waiting to see the Neurosurgeon about my back. Takes so long to see one. How are you doing physically? I know emotionally it's still hard.

Yesterday was the usual for lunch, and egg white & potatoes for dinner. Peach applesauce, yogurt, fiber!

@LindaOHio — great, thanks. The meds are working well. Is your shoulder better after the pain from the bone density scan?

@FourWalls I'm glad to hear that you're better. The really severe pain is gone. Both shoulders will never be 190%; but I'm not going to a doctor because he might say that I need replacements. No way. Shoulder surgery is supposed to be really bad and hard to recover from.

It was my mom's 75th birthday yesterday, so we went over to my sister and brother in law's house and had a little party/gathering. We had hamburgers and Italian sausages, tater tot casserole, baked beans, and a pasta salad my wife made.
It was all good eats.

Friday I have an appointment with a dental specialist. They may be redoing my root canal on my front tooth.

Thankfully cousin #3 has resurfaced, it is great that both her as well as her husband will be pitching in this week.
Yesterday I had crepes with fresh strawberries and a couple of slices of bacon, and for supper we had penne with marinara sauce and a warmed up piece of baguette.

Sounds like things are busy at your house. I love those light bulbs that come on when it gets dark. I have one in the front of my garage and the other in the back by the deck door.
I give Stouffers meatloaf a thumbs up
