Cousin #2 came over yesterday and did her usual. I ordered a bunch of "healthier" foods. I can't believe how expensive they are.
Left message #2 for cousin #3. No response
My book will be listed on Amazon and Barnes & Noble very soon!!!!!
Tomorrow is the CT scan of my kidneys.
The pain in my ear/jaw is almost gone. Cousin #2 said it could have been from the novocaine shots; but I had some swelling behind my ear and along my jaw. Can't imagine what it was from.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast stuffed with broccoli, beets (yuck), mashed potatoes, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Lemon blueberry muffin
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws (a healthy replacement for chips), non-dairy yogurt, 70% dark chocolate
What did you eat yesterday?

@LindaOHio - I fully agree with you, when I see a missed call on my phone, I always immediately call back.

Sorry about the cousins problem. Yesterday I got a Little Caesars pizza the original square cut kind, and some salad. The pizza was expensive. I shouldn't have bought it,but since you can get 3+ meals out of it..not too bad.

@LindaOHio Surely you could have them delivered. It doesn't cost that much!

Congratulations on your book. Wishing you much success with it. I still have some books that have not sold a single copy.

Glad the pain has subsided.
I had the usual for lunch, grilled cheese and a nuked potato for dinner. Grapes, yogurt, fiber!

Thats certainly exciting to hear about your book
Glad that the pain is gone and probably nothing to worry about unless it happens again.
Good luck with your CT scan tomorrow
I'm happy to hear that you're trying to eat healthier foods. Yes, they do tend to be expensive but less expensive than medical issues.
Last night we had grilled chicken on salad (easy and one of our favorites)

Hope you enjoy those foods....food is expensive anyway so just can imagine how much healthy food is. No clue since I don't buy it lol.
I don't know what would cause that kind of pain either....
That's great about your book, very neat! I wonder if mine is still there lol

Let us know the title of your book so we can order it from Amazon. I'm thinking about re-releasing my 8 books on there. Not sure.
I had an enchilada and some protein bars yesterday.
