Honey, I Ruined the Cookies

When we were at the Dollar Tree the other day, my wife bought a $1.25 packet of chocolate chip cookie mix that is supposed to make about a dozen cookies. "I'll make you some cookies," she said. Yesterday, when she made them, she came into my man room and said, "Well, I ruined the cookies." I was like, how? She told me she thought the batter was a little thick and so she added just a bit more water and they turned to mush on the pan and stuck. Oh well. They were still edible.

If the picture is of your cookies, they don’t look too bad.

That's the way I look at it. Might not be something I'd offer a friend. But they're fine for me.

If she used the cookie mould, then the look will be better.

When you make chocolate chip cookies, you don't use a mold. They are what are known as "drop cookies." In this case she added too much water so they spread out more, became thinner, and stuck to the pan.

Yeah, chocolate chip cookies are edible, no matter how badly they turn out (except burnt).

Things like that happen what can you do. Hey, I just made my favortie casserole today, You decide how much you want to make I wanted a full casserole pan to have for several days just heating up,l I used six eggs, cottage cheese by looking. chopped ham, drained cannded spinach, shredded cheddar and poured into casserle, Cut in piece when ready and it sure tastes good,

I'm sure they taste fine. We're out of biscuits/cookies. I'll need to make some tomorrow.
