I´ll go tomorrow to Dixie´s and I´ll stay there for 2 days. So I´m eating all sorts of things that I can´t take tehre. I have the rest of a Philadelphia cream cheese and I am eating it with crakers. I opened a can of green olives filled with jalapeños ans I´m having them with bread. And finally I discovered in the fridge mushroos ansd I fried them with butter. I´m having them with bread too. Later on I´ll make coleslaw and other salads. But first I need a nap. See you later.

Mushrooms are so delicious. I make a casserole with mushrooms and fish. Layer them with onions and butter and garlic. Yum!
