Hubby Is Good At Peeling Apples

Now that we have an apple peeler at least. The third batch of apple butter is in the slow cooker now. I will get one more done tonight. And still have apples left in the first half bushel. Tomorrow I will need to go get more ground cinnamon too.
The duckies said they didn't want their home cleaned. If you look close you can see the pin feathers starting to come in on the tail. I ignored them and did it anyways. That and the litter boxes are all done.
It got nice out this afternoon. But I didn't do anything outside as I was busy inside.

Staying inside and cooking is good. I came right home after lunch yesterday because it was cool and damp and my aching bones said “the bed is really warm and comfortable.”

What interesting looking apples in your photo. 
Are those peeled or not-peeled ones? 
We've only had rain/storms for a few days and I'm already tired of it. It never stopped falling.

I am a big fan of apple butter and cooking apples in general. I need to try making it with the slow cooker, so far I have only used it for savoury options.

Just search online for recipes. I do apple butter and pie filling in it. Have done applesauce and peach butter in it too.
