How come no reporters have asked Trump about what part of his body the MRI was conducted on?

As we all know, Trump received an MRI at his recent visit to Walter Reed Medical Center. My question is: What part(s) of his body were scanned? Doctors do not give someone a random MRI. There have to be particular symptoms that lead to a referral for an MRI. I had one on my left knee a couple of decades ago, and they found I had a torn ACL. I was referred for surgery, and the surgery was successful. I was out there playing competitive softball by the next Summer. Why have reporters not asked Trump what symptoms were involved in an MRI being ordered? What what part(s) of his body were involved? I will probably get an MRI on my left knee soon. I am hoping that minor surgery will have me out and about, with no knee pain, sooner than later. Have you ever had an MRI?

My husband had more than one, I never had one. It seems that the reporters asked, Trump told the reporter who asked about the procedure to ask the doctors. He added that MRI was perfect and if there would be anything negative he will let them know. SURE!!!!

@TheHorse - May be he had the MRI because of a neurological problem. Or to check if his veins are good enough should he needs a bypass.

It's weird watching the press talk to a compulsive liar. I saw the "perfect" MRI comment.

I did have one, it was part of a clinical study, but I think they were just trying to get a baseline. I am fairly certain with Trump that it was his head..I wonder if there were bats flying around the lab....you know, all the bats trying to escape.i.e bats in the belfry..

@TheHorse Until a small group decides to 25th amendment him I guess, or he is impeached and thrown out this time...probably after the midterms.

@snowy22315 The 25th Amendment would make sense. But doesn't that require a "go ahead" from 2/3 of the House, or something like that?

More than likely, reporters assume trump lies when he talks to them... I wouldn't bother asking because I just don't care. The sooner he passes away, the better, in my opinion. I had an MRI on my left shoulder/collarbone around 20 years ago. I kept complaining about my shoulder aching and hurting if I tried to use my left arm. The regular doctor said there was nothing wrong and I was just trying to get out of work... He finally sent me for the MRI when I called him a quack and said he didn't know his job... He told me that when the MRI showed nothing wrong, he expected an apology from me. I should have insisted that he apologize to me when the MRI showed a spiral fracture of my collar bone but I didn't. He was a company doctor and I didn't like seeing him.

@TheHorse I didn't have a spinal fracture. My collar bone had a spiral fracture that x-rays couldn't pick up. I wore a sling on my left arm for a couple of months but was still supposed to go in to work. My boss kept getting mad at me because I wasn't supposed to use my left arm at all and he kept trying to assign me to use things that needed two hands. I kept reporting him to the head office. The head office told me to sit in the break room all day and read. They were afraid I'd slip and fall on the factory floor and I'd sue them.

Press in a free country also follow self-censorship. No one wants to bell the cat!

@TheHorse AI Overview "The idiom "bell the cat" means to undertake a dangerous or difficult task for the benefit of a group. It implies taking on a risky job that no one else wants to do, originating from a fable where mice discuss putting a bell on a cat to warn them of its approach, but can't agree on who will actually do it." In this case, why stick out inviting the wrath of POTUS?

Yes. For my back. I really need an updated one; but the next one will have to be in an open MRI.

@TheHorse It's not enclosed like a tube. There is some space to be able to look out, etc. Here's a pic.

@LindaOHio Eeps. How long would I have to lie there? What if I got sudden attack of gas?

It could be that they simply gave him a full body scan. I do think the people have a right to know, of course, so I will be interested as well to know what prompted it, if anything, and what was found.

I thought of that too. A full body scan could make sense when you're older.

I had one. Concerning Trump, his probably checked every part of his body since he is a President. All past Presidents have extensive health checks.

Another impeachment? For treason? Or the 25th Amendment? I don't know.
