Big November Days

So with November coming up, I thought I’d ask if any big dates were coming up this month for you. Birthdays? I believe so. When is the big day? Of course, Thanksgiving in the United States takes place.
Diana’s birthday is November 17th, but I’ll be at Disneyland with my sister and her family. That’s okay; I’ll leave her card with my dad (it’s a big one).

My brother’s birthday is next month. It’s such a big deal that the US government made it a federal holiday!!!!!

Just Thanksgiving for us... Since we don't invite friends and family over for dinner anymore, Pretty and I don't do anything to celebrate except I fix a turkey dinner.

@AmbiePam We always think so. I usually go in and put the turkey in the oven around 5 am and then make everything else so everything is ready when the turkey is done around 8 am... Then we feast and then nibble the rest of the day.

November 21st was my Mom's birthday. We've been discussing Thanksgiving at my house cause we don't go anywhere for that day and hubby isn't eating a super amount at one time. Plus the no grease thing and his need to not harm animals by eating them. Probably going to be a quiet snacky day for us.

My mother and my sister's family will be in PA over Thanksgiving for a field hockey tournament. I was invited to go to my second mom's house for dinner--that's where we've all been going since my dad passed--but I may just skip it. I still have a hard time with family functions after the divorce so if they aren't there it is easier for me to miss it too.

It would have been a friend's 60th Birthday but sadly we lost him five years ago
I have my Mom's cousin and my cousin with Birthdays on 25th of November. ( Neither are big ones )
