Yesterday, I did a few things in the morning, talked on the phone, and then closed my eyes at 10:45AM. I woke up at 8:20PM! I was so confused! I thought it was early morning then checked the time to discover it was night. At 9PM I laid down again, and did not wake up until 6:20AM, just a little while ago. I’ve been sleeping fine, but I guess I needed it? I missed a phone call and a couple texts, but none of that was enough to wake me.
I still feel like I could sleep. I’m not going to as I have things to do today, and also have to drop off my dog at my friend’s place.
How did you sleep?

Cold weather makes me sleepy. As long as Pretty doesn't wake me up, I sleep quite well when I'm chilly.

@DaddyEvil You know what? If I could get there in time, I’d leave right now. I’d love to show up, and I’d bring whatever side dish you asked for!

Obviously your body and mind are tired. Have a refreshing sleep. Didn't you sleep at night, and if you did, didn't you have adequate sleep??

@AmbiePam Did you have 6 hrs sleep last night. I think, you didn't. That's why you are feeling sleepy

When I fall asleep at night, I usually get up around three or four hours later due to bathroom breaks before going back to take a nap for about two hours in the morning.

Are you feeling OK? I rarely get more than a couple of hours of sleep a night; and it's not unusual for me to be up 24-48 hours.

Maybe you are worn out from the excitement of getting ready for your trip.Or I read about the strange effects of the geomagnetic activity. The conditions that are causing us to be able to see the Northern Lights. It is said to cause headaches and sleepiness too, I think.

I was kind of wondering where you were. I figured out were getting ready for the trip. Glad to know you are OK.

I would say you needed the sleep, I sleep fine but my body remains on the old time, I got up at 8 AM because my LED clock is on the old time but it was only 7 AM and my body had slept enough,

Wow you must have really needed that rest. I'm glad that you got all the sleep
I slept really well night before last but last night I woke up too many times to feel rested when I got up this morning.
