Have you heard of over night oats ?
It really is a thing.
It’s become quite popular here as it’s featured in a few slimming diets.
It also happens to be yummy.
So I have used oats …regular porridge oats, and vanilla yogurt, blueberries and sliced banana.
I layered them in a tall glass.
Popped it in the fridge over night ….and it will be perfect for brekkie tomorrow.
Give it a try ….its yummy.

I make this most nights of the week. I use frozen fruit and add nuts and seeds.

Yes, I've heard of them and several myLotters make them for breakfast or lunch at work. No, I'm not interested. When I eat oats, I want them as cereal, with just rolled oats, a little sugar and almond milk over them.

@Traceyjayne No, I don't like cooked oats. Once in a great while I'll eat an oatmeal cookie or biscuit but don't want them otherwise. Pretty eats oatmeal for breakfast sometimes.

That does sound nice and I have all those ingredients. Thanks for the suggestion.

I tried it because everyone else was trying it a few years ago. I don't like oatmeal this way, I prefer the old fashion kind of oatmeal, cooked on the stove, not instant, and not cold. It just seems like oatmeal should be served hot to me.

Better with rolled oats ….oatmeal is too fine.
