The Oval Office gets tackier with each passing day

It was gross but expected when Trump returned to the Oval Office that he would make gaudy alterations to it. He started adding gold accents little by little but now it looks like gold (no it isn't real) has been puked all over the place. It is horrifying. I don't even understand how the people in charge of maintaining the White House have allowed it to get so insane. He has even added those tacky fake gold accents on the OUTSIDE of the building. And of course he is lying about it all being real gold. First of all there's no way it is. Secondly imagine the optics of wasting government money on that hideousness when regular Americans and his MAGA base are struggling with the increasing costs of everything. I actually saw a TikTok about it last week. I don't use TikTok so it must have been posted on Twitter or Instagram or something. Anyway it was someone mocking Trump's claim that it was real gold all over. The guy went shot by shot showing that those ugly-ass accents were plastic and sold at Home Depot. They've just been painted gold. What else would you expect from a guy whose tan is just as fake?
