You remember how my sister and her family couldn’t come up for Thanksgiving because they got colds? All week I told myself I had allergies, but yesterday, I could not deny it. After spending a vacation with them, I took home their cold germs too. I told my dad that last night and all he said was, don’t give me your germs. He just kept repeating that. On the plus side, I don’t have a sore throat, and that is one symptom I am so thankful I have escaped. When was your last cold?

@AmbiePam I spent the first 2 years of teaching perpetually sick. After that I've been good. I never even caught COVID or if I did it never affected me. I always say at this point I could probably snort anthrax and be fine.

@AmbiePam - I was the first year we spent winter in Switzerland and I had lost the habit to cold weather.

I have allergies and problems from hyperthyroidism but don't remember the last cold I had. Pretty and I normally wear masks around other people so we don't get their germs.
