Anita came today.

Hello friends. Itt is evening already here. I asked Anita to come today as I invited Martín for lunch on Wednesday. He has beem begging me for some time that I cook chicken with mushrooms for him so I will. He will do a bit of therapy and later we´ll have lunch together. What have you done today? I imagine that several of you must have Thankgivings leftovers still. As for us, today we finished the risotto. I decided that I will not share risotto leftovers with Anita in the future. She doesn´t like rice and she does not stay quiet about it. I should have eaten happily the the delicious seafood risotto by myself. Anita made crepes and I filled them with spinach cream too. We also had pancakes for dessert. I could only eat one aftrer such a feast full of carbs. I read a bit and took a nap while she was cleaning the terrace. And the best news I had today was that I will receive a tiny amount of money that the government will give to the retired people. It won´t pay the groceries of a week but everything counts. Yes, we are still eating leftovers from Thanksgiving but I also cooked pasta with beef today. Pretty said she was getting tired of leftovers. *shrug* I LIKE leftovers. I'm glad you got some money from the government. You're right, every little bit helps.

@marguicha - I love chicken with mushrooms, I am going to make it tomorrow. Tonight will be chili, I worked all the day to assemble and disassemble computers and I am exhausted!

I am busy getting my paperwork ready for my new doctor and transportation for the new year. How nice that you will getting that little stipend from the government. Like you said, every little bit helps. Carbs are so yummy.

Congratulations for the government money. I mostly had sides left over from Thanksgiving. Cousin #2 will be coming over on Christmas to cook again!!!

It sounds like a good day with good food. Our leftovers are either eaten, or frozen. But we did finish most of them. It's always nice to get a bit of money from the government!

She complained about the risotto? That’s just not right as my mouth is watering just thinking about it! I’m glad to hear you are getting a little bit of money even if it is not much. Like you said, every little bit definitely counts!

Glad that you get some money from the government. Every thing counts. I get 2 Kilos of rice every month. Not much , but it helps me survive for a week.
