The temperature is 17 F and feels like 15 F. It's cloudy, but beyond that, the weather decided to make everyone who don't like snow happy and take it off the forecast for today. Darn! I was looking for it to add to the snow totals. Anyway, it's still going to be a good day. Not much planned for today. It all has one theme - Writing. I'll be working on Firestorm and then I have Writer's Guild tonight. I'm sharing a little something I wrote last year for Christmas. We're having our Christmas meeting today. Yes, I decided to give Legacy as the book to pass. The cover for Firestorm was done by AI. I love it and so do the others I showed it too. AI gave me a couple of options, this was by far the best. Okay, time for me to think about getting dressed, eating, and getting to work. The revisions won't write themselves. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me - the cover for Firestorm. It's still snowing here. YUCK! But it should be gone by this afternoon, at least. Our temp now is 28F but is supposed to reach 40F by late afternoon. Microsoft keeps trying to add AI features to my laptop but I keep deleting them. I don't trust AI and don't want it around me. I'm glad you're finding it helpful.

I felt the same way about it until it actually started being helpful. The image wouldn't load. I might try again later. Poor soul. At least your temps will come up later. We're in the teens and not expect to get much into the 20s.

@just4him If AI was useful to me, I might feel different about it and if I could trust it to do what it's supposed to do without "hallucinating". I'm just hoping it thaws enough to clear off the ice as well as the snow.

Day in a word is dreary. It is chilly in here because I need my thermostat fixed. The heat works, but it is set on a low temp and you can't move it. I have the space heater on currently and wrapped in an electric throw. The new thermostat should be here today, so I will need to find someone to install it.

Sorry the image wouldn't show up, there have been issues. That is cold, we were similar yesterday...glad it was in the 30s today when I had to travel out of town for my doctor appointment. Sounds like good plans for the day, hope it all goes well

You’re really doing well on your writing; that’s great! I’m still trying to get rid of my cold, and I’m going stir crazy. I wish we had snow too, but my part of Oklahoma still has not gotten any yet.
