Martín did not come.

Good night, friends.
Martín did not come for lunch as he had told me. Something happened to his car and it just did not start.
I had cooked everything so I called him before I put it away in the freezer. He said he´d try to come tomorrow so I have it in 2 Tupperware containers in the fridge. If he doesn´t come tomorrow, I´ll freeze everything.
Still today I had a delicious late lunch of chicken with mushrooms and rice on the side. And I´m eating, little by little the leche flan that can´t be frozen.
What did you have today for lunch-dinner?

It is delicious. If Martín comes for lunch today he´ll have the rest of it with no second helpings.

I ate the two chicken drumsticks we got with our grocery order for free. I made steamed veggies to go with them.

@LadyDuck I froze part of it, but I´m eating the rest. Today some people came to see my house and I did not want to be cooking while they were here.

I had Meals on Wheels for lunch yesterday - Chicken Alfredo, spaghetti, mixed veggies, broccoli and a banana.

Oh, I am sorry to hear his car wouldn't start. Hopefully he can get it going for tomorrow, I don't imagine he wants to miss seeing you and eating your good food.
I made homemade turkey soup with noodles and vegetables. It was soooo good. I am happy because there is some left, so I can have it tomorrow. It's cold and snowy, and perfect soup weather here.

That's a wholesome lunch. I had lunch at office. We had a team lunch and we had kebabs, biriyani and some mutton dish.
