Cold Monday Morning

But it is climbing some. It was only 14 when I got up and 2 hours later it is 20. The sun is shining nicely too. That helps a lot.
Not much planned for today. I might finally dust. I still haven't got my trains working. I might give up on them. I didn't pay very much for any of them at least.
I need to do my insurance today. Then I will work on building my PayPal account back up.

We started at 28F this morning early so I decided to take my meds, feed the fishies and then start the car again... When it started okay, Pretty decided we should pick up some groceries. (I didn't want to go but, since the car needed to run anyway, we went... At least that's done for a few days now.)
As soon as we got home and carried the groceries in, Pretty went straight to bed while I put everything away. She was talking about stopping on the way home from my doctor appointment and check out another grocery store in Republic. It should be nice outside by then but I don't know how tired we'll be from the long drive there and back.
I'm ready to go to bed now. Have a fun day.

We were at 20 degrees at noon here. This coming weekend we are supposed to bottom out with wind chills at -23 degrees for several days. It’s not even officially winter yet.

It will be good if the HVAC people can fix the heat. They should be on their way soon. The office said they will be coming here after they do the job ahead of me..that was about an hour ago..so hopefully they show up soon. It's snowing out.

It was a very cold start to this morning and I think the high is only supposed to be mid 20s. Looks like the sun is trying to peek out but so far it's still cloudy.
Nothing much happening here today. Have to cut up a bunch of Amazon boxes so they fit in the recycling cans this week. I love shopping Amazon but all the boxes do take up a lot of room.
