Such drama at work

I am no longer upstairs with most of the biology teachers so I'm out of the loop most of the time this year. There is one particular teacher who has caused issues with 2 other ones. She has stolen my microscopes and lied right to my face that she knew nothing about it. She cooked bacon and pork roll on a griddle in her classroom even though she knew the teacher next to her was vegetarian and the smell of meat made her sick. She picked a fight with a teacher who insisted on the staff bathroom be left unopen. Like it is all crazy stuff. Personally I get along with her. I never told her I knew that she stole my scopes and a bunch of other stuff out of my cabinets when I wasn't around.
Well apparently it was recently discovered that she stole 3 student chairs out of 2 classrooms. She was confronted about it by someone and she said "don't even think about touching those chairs or we're going to have a problem." Um. . . she STOLE them. Another teacher also saw her chair in there and flipped. Same result. I think she also has stolen that 2nd teacher's microscopes which would mean that she now has THREE sets of them in her room for no good reason. The whole thing is pathological.
So we normally try to resolve teacher issues among ourselves and within the union. This was beyond that so the 2 teachers went to an assistant principal about it. He was seen going in her room to talk to her after school that day.
And. . . now we supposedly have a bio-department meeting with ALL of the teachers and the building principal coming up. Oh this should be good. She is a master gaslighter and always tries to make you think YOU are the one in the wrong so it should be interesting to see her try to do it with 5 people at the same time plus the principal and supervisor.

I recall a few difficult characters others avoided like the plague.
At one place I had to mediate between two, at times three, who just could not get along.
At times my efforts ended up displeasing all the three.
It is never easy to resolve an issue when one manipulates facts and confuses others too.

The confrontation won’t be pleasant or pretty. She evidently has some serious problems.
