I can understand that. I wouldn't be happy with negative numbers, either. My car has a coating of ice on it from the heavy fog we had earlier. Thankfully, that will be gone soon.

@LadyDuck Yeah, this is still early for temps to drop down so low here. It stayed foggy yesterday so we didn't go outside. Now the forecast is saying possible snow flurries and a low of 9F/-13C by morning. Usually we don't get that cold until January or February.

We stayed foggy all day yesterday and now the forecast is showing possible snow tonight with a low of 9F by morning. Sunny days until Thursday when we have possible rain. I've seen several myLotters saying that since the middle of November. At least you aren't the first one to wish for summer already.

@noni1959 Since the installation of the new insulation, our gas and electric bills have dropped. We keep the living room at 69F and that keeps our bedrooms at 74F. (I don't know why the difference but that's a little too warm for me and a little chilly for Pretty. She can put on more clothes in the living room and I sleep under a sheet and only wearing shorts in my bedroom.)

@DaddyEvil I hope you are warm and safe. I'm looking a pluses in the trailer. I have heat when electric goes out in the town. It's still cold in here since I keep it at 65 to save on propane. I'm just so over it and want in a house again. The rate this is going, it just may be close to spring.

@LindaOHio Pretty has an appointment at the end of December but that's the only appointment we have. We went down to 7F this morning.

We had a storm this morning early and then sunshine. Now, at 6 pm, we have really strong winds blowing. (25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph) It looks like it could rain again any time now. I hope you found everything you needed/wanted.

@DaddyEvil — I hope we don’t, too! They said it’s moving out, and the heavy stuff was in the I-74 area from Indianapolis down to Cincinnati. Then comes the cold.

@FourWalls 36F was as high as we got but it stayed foggy. We didn't leave the house. We're down to 25F now, heading for 11F tonight.

Heavy fog here at 1:30 pm. Everything is wet and dripping with 36F. I hope you don't get too much snow.

I bet the kitties and puppies are loving that, though. I'd definitely share the heavy fog with you.

@sallypup Thank you but as long as it's heavy fog, I won't be leaving the house. When I had to go to work, I drove in whatever weather but those days are long gone now.

No, 75F/24C is a beautiful temp here. Today the high reached 27F/-3C this afternoon. Pretty and I stayed in the house.
