. . . because I woke up and saw that it was 6:33. I freaked out and called the OCD guy I share a room with to see if he could watch my 1st period kids until I got to work. No answer. I then called the secretary and apologized and said that my car wouldn't start so to just put me in for a sick or personal day. She was fine with that. Then I came out to the front rooms and saw the candles were still going. I turned on the TV and it was Jake Tapper. Finally I realized that it was 6 PM and not 6 AM. Oh well she already put in the day off so I'm not going to go back and change it. The students can do the work without me there. I've already explained it all. This is why I can't take naps when I have to work the next day.

I’ve done that before when I took a short nap. In a minute or so I figure it out but it’s weird how that can happen!

I've done that before, too. At least you know you don't have to get up early in the morning.

Oh dear. I don't think I've ever done that. At least you've got yourself a day off.

When you wake up from a nap around that time, the darkness is what throws ya off because it’s still dark in the early morn, and at night, and your mind is all kinds of confused I took a nap today from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Looked at my watch and thought eww 8 in the morning, I hate mornings… must - go - back - to - sleep. Then I was like WAIT, it’s 8:30 at night. Yayyy (Night owl). Glad you got a good nap in either way
