82 days until spring.
There are gale warnings out for tomorrow. Sustained winds at close to 40 mph with gusts up to 60. I will have to call cousin #2 and tell her to be careful.
I ordered a smartphone and it will be delivered to cousin #2 today; and she will bring it over tomorrow. I just need a case and a charger now.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Christmas leftovers - Turkey tenderloin, mashed potatoes, sweet potato, corn and dressing
Dessert/Snack - Lemon meringue pie and a Nature's Bakery Brownie
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, veggie poppables

Good afternoon. We have high winds today and it's raining right now. The temp is dropping from 70F down to 39F by 5 pm and will continue to drop tonight.
I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast yesterday, no lunch and Pretty made chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes for supper late last night.
I hope you love your new smartphone.

My laptop is never shut off. And I like the bigger screen on my laptop for looking things up. (I mostly use my phone to read ebooks with.)

Thanks. The biggest advantage to the phone is being able to look something up without having to boot up my laptop.

@LindaOHio This is really weird, all my phones always came with the charger and the USB cable to charge them.

I hope my parents will be OK. I keep telling them they need to get a generator that starts automatically. They have the money. My mother is just being cheap.

@LindaOHio They both have mobility issues. They would have a heckuva time getting out of there if they needed to in a blizzard.. At least the car is in the garage. My mom goes to Wal-Mart or other food stores when needed.

We have had stagnate air warning for the last few days. Never had those before.
What model smartphone did you get? They don't include the charger? I get mine through HSN and Tracfone. They always include the charger and a case.

@LindaOHio .......Nice. I am sticking with Tracfone I think. I've looked over the others we have available here and Tracfone is about the same as the best offer. I get a Tracfone so pretty much have to stay with their program or pay for a SIM card and go through all the rig amoral to change the phone to another carrier.

@celticeagle Turns out the $15 offer was for new customers only; so I went with Mint Mobile. $15 a month for the first year and then $30.

Samsung Galaxy A16 5G. I checked QVC; and 99% were Tracfone. I am opting for DISH's Boost Mobile offer. $15 for life == talk, text and data. Someone will come out to the house to set it up.

It was 62 at 11 pm. The temps have dropped to 47 and will keep dropping to 21 tonight. The winds are howling and s**w is coming later.

It is bad over here in NW Ohio.The wind is just whipping through my house. I made homemade meatballs and spaghetti sauce for our spaghetti and meatballs last night for dinner. Now I'm kind of wishing I would have made it today because it seems like a nice warm dinner for a cold windy night. I just wanted to make sure my husband had leftovers for work today. I'm now wishing I had stuff to make chili tonight.

Yes, the winds have been horrendous. It's 3 am; and it's still blowing hard. Chili sounds like a good cold weather meal. I'm in NE Ohio!!!

Glad you got the smartphone, I am literraly coming to the end of food, Still stuff to stretch some like some tater tots and scarmabled eggs morning and then fires and porl sausage patty but still a long stretch ahead,
