Happy New Years Eve all. Are you celebrating? Nada here other than the deluxe pizza. I just had to take my houseplant temporarily out of the window. The cold air does not seem to be agreeing with it Anyway, into the city today, and the hustling back home before it gets dark. I am not going thru that horrible trip I had back here last time. What's up with you? Hope you are having a great day.

Thanks, Sorry about hubby..Daytime temps here not bad, but the nighttime temps starting tonight will be very cold.

We will shortly be on our way to son’s appointment. Like you, I won’t spend extra time in the city for anything today. I’m sure the people who love their fireworks will no doubt set them off as soon as the sun sets, and I prefer to be home when that begins!

@MarieCoyle I heard a few fireworks going off, but it was cold last night..I don't think people wanted to spend too much time outside.

A few idiotic people went outside to blow up whatever they had to blow up and make noise, but it's so cold it didn't last very long, yay!

It's a quiet day here. Tonight my daughter is going to a party and the pup and I will be cuddled on the sofa watching the ball drop at midnight.
Hope your trip into the city goes well.
