Something odd about the shooting of a 37-year-old woman by ICE agents in Minneapolis.

By now you have heard about the shooting of a 37-year-old white American citizen by ICE agents in Minneapolis Minnesota.
I have read a few news stories about it, and even watched a couple of videos of the shooting and subsequent car crash (into a parked vehicle).
But two things strike me as odd.
The alleged ICE agent who approached her car (she is said to have been partially blocking traffic in protest of ICE's presence in the area) appears to try to open her car door without speaking to her first. Anyone in law enforcement knows that you speak to an automobile driver before you engage with them physically.
The second thing is the given reason for the shooting. Both Donald Trump and that Dog Shooting Lady (I am spacing her name, but I think she is Director of Homeland Security) claim the shooting was in self defense, as she was trying to run over an ICE agent who was positioned in front of her vehicle.
But I cannot see anyone in front of her vehicle. I see someone to the left, and perhaps forward of her driver-side door, but no-one directly in front of the vehicle. She appeared to be turning away from that person, and trying to leave the scene.
Am I missing something?
What are your thoughts. Have you seen an angle where a person in harm's way is visible?

I saw the same thing you did, but I could hear on the video the officer who grabbed the door handle yell, "Get out of the f****g car!" and I think either he or someone else had yelled, "Get out of the car!" right before that. She fled from them, but it was understandable, since they approached in a threatening manner. These guys do not know how to act. They just scream and yell like cavemen.

I heard a law enforcement official say that ICE workers( I won’t call them officers as to me they are not) were supposed to get six months of training, but that Trump changed it to six weeks. Even local city patrolmen have way more than that.
She didn’t hit him. And if you’ve seen the videos, he walked off and was walking quickly, he isn’t tragically injured in a critical care unit like some people are saying.

You must have watched the same videos I saw... Nobody looked to be in front of her vehicle and she was moving away from the agents, not toward anyone that I could see.
That doesn't match up with what the two people who weren't on the scene (trump and Noem) are trying to get people to believe.
Edit to add: Here is a new-ish video showing two guys, one on each side of her vehicle reaching to open her doors but it doesn't look like anyone was in front of the vehicle.

This is really the pits. On a program here they spoke to a US commentator (for want of a better word) who believes the ICE agents are told to incite citizens to violence in Democratic areas so Trump can say such areas are out of control, blah, blah. They guy she touched with her car was walking around and certainly didn't need hospital treatment. The whole ICE thing stinks. They are targeting random people, illegal immigrants or not.

There is another video angle where she does drive into the cop but not at great speed. She had been following ICE agents around on the day agitating. The guy just lost his rag and blew her away. Black Americas didnt seem bothered though and all Footlockers remain fully stocked, locally.

She is said to be trying to back up and go away and she was driving very slowly. There was nothing to indicate that she was trying to hit anyone.
