I wonder if my log is holding up.

As some of my MyLot friends will remember, my main project at the Montana cabin this past Summer was to replace a log that was rotting.
It took three days of dawn to dusk work, but I was able to clear out the rot and get a new log in there.
I kind of look forward to getting up there this Summer and seeing if my work held up. My hunch is that it did.
Getting back up to Montana gives me something to look forward to. I like having something to look forward to.
What are you thinking about on this Saturday evening?

You were careful and did your best. My guess is that is will hold up just fine.
I'm watching another video about our ancient ancestors right now.
I hope you're having a good evening and will have a good night, too.

Watching a sermon on Psalm 63, remembering Bob Weir, and stuffing nasal spray up my nose.
I’m sure your handiwork is fine.

I’m sure your log has held up. I would be more concerned that in the present time we are living in, you could possibly have an uninvited guest. There are so many homeless people now.

@MarieCoyle I do not know what the homeless people in Montana do.

Yes, I know how cold it can get there…but there are homeless people in cold climates as well as hot ones.

@BarBaraPrz I'm allergic to mint. I grow mine "straight."

I hope you get there and find it held up and you can enjoy your time there. I did clothes at my ex daughter-in-law's all day. She left for Lisbon (jealous!), so I had the house mostly to myself. Her husband was there but gaming in his room. I read on my book, "Sanctuary" by Ted Dekker. Once back, put things away and watched Grey's Anatomy. Nothing exciting but was a good day.

I'm sure it will be fine. We had friends over and played cards.

Well, it's Sunday morning right now. I am thinking that I will get something to eat when I am done here. I thought I might work on the taxes today; but I don't feel motivated enough. lol I think the log will be just fine. You did a good job.
