Free carrot cake for my Birthday treat…….

I still have lots of items to claim for free for my Birthday.
Today I went to Costa and had a free huge slice of carrot cake.
I do love their cake and using the app I get a free slice each year on my birthday.
So yummy.
What flavour cake would you have chosen ?

I’ve not had squash cake …..I make a pumpkin cake , which is the closest I think. Parsnip cake is nice too.

@AmbiePam @Tracyjayne I've never heard of squash cake or parsnip cake. (I've heard of parsnips but never tried them as a veggie, let alone made into a cake.)

Happy Birthday!! I do like carrot cake and my daughter in law makes one that is absolutely delicious If I was choosing a slice of cake for my birthday I would choose vanilla cake with tons of buttercream frosting..

I really like carrot cake, too...
If it was my birthday, I'd ask for a slice of white cake with chocolate icing on it. (And please don't suggest that whipped cream icing. I want buttercream icing.

I am lovely so it’s nice to have treats on my birthday …..far be it from me to say I deserve them …..but hey ! Not going to say no…l..

@traceyjayne Carrot is fine so long as it’s not too dry. I’m particularly partial to a piece of pear and almond with vanilla ice cream.

I would not be anywhere near a Costa in the first place.
