Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's 3 F. It's good to be in the plus temps.
It's been a good day. I started the day by making my bed. I was too tired to make it up last night and just pulled the covers over me and was asleep until I woke up this morning. I got about 7 hours of sleep.
For the rest of the day, I've been working on Guns of War. You know how you read a book and it's so good you can't put it down? Well, that's how it's been for me with Guns of War. It's so good, I want to keep working on it.
I'm still eating leftovers. They're almost gone. I should finish off the turkey tomorrow. I shaved it off the carcass today, and threw the carcass away, making a lot of room in the fridge. I'll also finish off the sweet potato casserole. I still have a lot of green bean casserole, the giblets, and the cranberry sauce. I'll finish the potatoes for breakfast.
That's my day and what I'm thankful for. I'm making no promises about when I will get to the notifications, but I will. I want to know what you're doing and how you survived the winter storm.

Today, I am thankful I was able to get out and about without too much trouble. I’m also thankful my doctor’s office called tonight to change tomorrow’s appointment to telehealth.

I am thankful that we didn't lose electricity during the weekend so so far this week. We have the low 20's to mid 20's all week and more to come through the end of the month. This is not supposed to happen in MS! Mother Nature needs to get this straight!! But so thankful we are warm, not as warm as those with central heat, but we do have heat. My cousin in Oxford, MS has been without power since Saturday.

Thankful for another quiet day of writing and just head our temps will go up into the 60s on Friday so I can wash my hair because after that they do down again,

Leftovers are so tasty. I haven't had green bean casserole in forever. Today I feel like a fat cat who has enjoyed a bowl of cream. I drove back roads- oh my! an adorable black and white calf, Scottish Highlander cows- and then walked with my helper and the dogs among old growth fir trees.

I am grateful that I am able to walk without a cane starting on Friday of last week. I am getting help from medical nurses who will be assisting me with their knowledge of getting better soon.

@MommyOfEli2013 When I was a kid, I did paint by number. I thought it was the only way I could do anything good as an artist. You're still the one putting the artistic flare on the design.

@just4him I was at one time, with writing... and my art is just digital. Sadly I can't even draw. So I don't really feel like an artist. Yes I create the designs with brushes and all that but still.
