Electric Toothbrush or Manual Toothbrush?

I use an electric (sonic) toothbrush at home, but when I travel I just use an old-fashioned manual one.
Mother-in-law had an electric one but she forgot that she has to charge it, so we just switched her over to a manual one.
Dentists say the electric ones are better, don't they?
What kind of toothbrush do you use?

I would agree that the electric toothbrush is able to get to areas better especially if you have crowns than a regular toothbrush. Since I got one, my checkups are much better. I have a charger set up in my room. After using it I put it right back onto the charger, so I don't forget.

Pretty has a fancy electric toothbrush that she puts back on the charging stand when she's done with it. I have a battery operated toothbrush that we replace every three months.

Manual. Dentists probably get a kickback for each electric one sold.

I have both but I don't use the electric one very often.

I prefer using a manual toothbrush since it is easier for me to use brushing my teeth.
