Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding !

Yes, it’s Sunday again ….how this keeps happening I’m not too sure ….pleased that it’s Sunday though as that means roast dinner day. Today, it’s roast beef, roast potatoes, kale, cauliflower, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. I also have English mustard. For pudding we had Tiramisu …shop bought. What did you have for your Sunday lunch ?

We cooked a huge amount of Mexican lasagna yesterday. We'll have leftovers for late lunch today. I have no idea what we'll have with it, though. That's still several hours away.

Oh yes, I remember reading about that. Never heard of Mexican lasagne ….what goes into that then ?

@Traceyjayne The only difference between Mexican lasagna and regular lasagna is the spices used when cooking the meat before adding it to the lasagna noodles. It has chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika and dried oregano. If I'm making it myself, then we also have diced sweet onions, cilantro as well as a little cocoa powder.

It it isn’t lunch time yet, but I think I’ll be having balsamic chicken with brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. Your lunch sounds so good!

Those Sundays come around very quickly. And after Sunday comes Monday which is the day I put the bins out. If I didn't have to do that I wouldn't know what day it was.

You do have the best Sunday dinners! Roast beef here is very high in price and a big treat for many people. We had a light lunch, son not feeling the best today.
