Bananagrams!

Found Bananagrams in my stash. Never been used and even has a price tag attached to it $14.99. Read the rules and how to play the game and as soon as Craig woke up , I asked him to play with me. I never expected it to be so fun. We were shouting and laughing at the top of our lungs. You need to say split to start the game, peel when you ran out of tiles, dump to exchange tiles, and banana when you're done! Once again, I thought of my father who used to play Boggle with me. If he was alive, I'm absolutely sure he'd join me and Craig. Do you have a favorite word game?

I never heard of this game, it sounds to funny. I like to solve anagrams and to play Scrabble.

@LadyDuck It truly is. Makes us think faster in creating words. So the game really finishes fast unlike scrabble.

I’ve never played it before, but it does sound fun. The only word game I ever played much of was Scrabble.

Scrabble is the most common of all and I played that one when I was a student. Babnanagrams is more fun!

It surely is. Even if it's just the two of us.

Scrabble is a word game here too which is pretty common. Bananagrams is from the US. This was purchased there. It's more fun than scrabble. I think nobody in my country plays Bananagrams except me and my son. We can't even find this game being sold here.

Pretty and I played Scrabble when she was still in school but she gave the game away when we were moving into this house. (I kept some games I really enjoyed but she doesn't like playing them anymore. *shrug*)

I remember in my preschool days, my siblings would play scrabble. Didn't know how to play it then but I enjoyed watching the four of them. When I was already in school, they were too busy to play with them so I played with dad but just boggle.

@DaddyEvil I'm glad Craig still enjoys this kind of games. Most of the people are glues in their gadgets especially Craig's generation. And he has all the gadgets from gaming consoles, to computers, to tablets and his phone.

@toniganzon Once Pretty got her own computer, she wasn't interested in playing games with me anymore.

I didn't even see this game being sold in this country. My MIL bought this in the US years ago.
