A different day, a different view

Today I had a sudden burst of energy, so I took advantage of it. It doesn’t happen often. I did 6 loads of laundry. Everything is folded or hung up in the closets. I caught up on my notifications. Thanks for all your responses. I semi prepared baby back ribs and fresh broccoli for dinner. I ordered necessary items from Amazon that I have put off. I replied to a lot of texts, that I put off, also. I cleaned and cleaned, vacuumed and vacuumed. I talked to friends on an actual phone. I ordered some things from Instacart, because I forgot to mention some items when hubs did some morning shopping at our supermarket. And finally, we sat in the sunshine on the lanai watching our lawn get torn up for a new irrigation system. It looks disgusting. Now to get working on dinner! Photo is a different view of my son’s foyer.

I also washed all the bedding including the pillowcase covers. It probably is with wet shoes or when washed. No one is allowed to wear shoes in their house, nor in my younger one’s house but they use other entrances. I guess this is the company entrance. lol No one fell yet.

You had a very busy day. I cleaned and vacuumed this morning. I would like to walk to the store in the afternoon, I only need a few things that I want to choose personally.

@DianneN You know what they say..."Strike while the iron is hot." My iron never gets hot though... I keep it unplugged.

Wow! You have done a lot. I also vacuumed and cleaned the house yesterday. Today, I have done the laundry and ordered our online grocery. When my laundry basket will be full this week, I have to iron the clothes. Mostly, cotton clothes. Being a housewife keep me busy.

Yesterday I didn't do all that. But I did mail something to go out today. I know the mail didn't run, but I didn't want to rush outside before they came. I also worked on my best friend's diamond painting. Pretty foyer.

I can only think you winning a "Decathlon" competition. I like to spread them out with lots of rest thrown in too! You kept your husband busy too or got him away not to interfere with your hectic activities.

I usually don’t get such sudden bursts of energy and only do what is necessary every day. I work much better with my husband out of the way.
