Got a call from Homeland Security

I saw it on my landline and told hubs not to answer it . He was in the other room. Drat! Hubs answered the phone.
Homeland Security, which was instituted by the Federal government after 911, was developed to protect Americans against terrorism, disasters, border security, immigration enforcement, and cybersecurity.
Hubs told me that he told the agent that he didn’t know who he was and wouldn’t answer any questions and hung up.
It was scary, not that we did anything wrong. I wonder if it was a scam? Will ICE deport us?

Somebody just trying to scare you? I wouldn't answer... I just got a call that my phone claimed was spam. The screen turned bright red when it started to ring. (It's not supposed to ring at all if the call is spam. )
